Avadhoota Datta Peethadhipati Parama Pujya Sri Ganapati Sachchidananda Swamiji of Mysore established Bangalore Ashrama in Girinagar in the year 1981 and today, the devotees acknowledge the vast growth of the Ashrama with its spiritual and humanitarian activities.

There is a need to train the younger generation in such a way to appreciate the human values to enable them to live in peace and harmony with others and nature. Under the spiritual guidance of His Holiness Sri Swamiji, a wide network of institutional infrastructure geared up to help the mankind have come up throughout the country and different parts of the globe. Several Gnana Bodha Sabhas and Datta Yoga Centres have blossomed through out India and across the globe with an objective of propagating Dattatreya philosophy and Pujya Sri Swamiji’s mission.
